Carrying on from last week’s post about the Guest House, we are going to show you how the residence remodel is progressing!
We introduced the project in a previous post so check it out if you need to refresh your memory. The main areas of work for this project is combining the Kitchen and Fitness Room to create a Family Room. Below is the existing condition and then two options are the new Family Room.
The other area of focus is the Master Bathroom. We needed to redesign the bathroom to better utilize the space. This was a little tricky because there are a few different elevations from one area to another. But we were able to design a space that works well together and create more storage which was on the client’s wishlist!
