New Year, Same Sh*t, Better Us? Anti-Goals

One. Not fall into a Mess!

We want to use our new organizational tools and spaces to stay on track and not get lost in a mess.

Do you know where that material sample went? Do you know where those approved drawings are? Hey, where did I put those sketches?

Not this year 2024!

Two. Not miss our weekly lunches!

Thursday Office Eats lunches keep us sane… We have a hybrid office schedule and work remotely on Fridays, so a Thursday afternoon lunch OUTSIDE the office (because we typically work through our lunches…) is a great way to end our in-office week and fill both our bellies and our cups…

Three. Not NOT take Project Photos!

Yes, I know, I know, a double negative… But, for real though… We need to get photos of our completed projects STAT! No more excuses!

Four. Not miss our mid-week review.

When we miss our mid-week RRR (Review, Re-evaluate, Revise) meeting our week tends to spiral out of control. Even a 15-minute mid-week catch-up can keep us on track.

Small office, big projects, efficient task lists.

Five. Not get caught unaware about a site visit…

Should we just keep job site boots in our car?? The ultimate goal would be to have meetings scheduled at least a day in advance so that we could be dressed appropriately, but maybe we should just be prepared for the boss man’s impromptu site visit requirements…

Bonus. Not lose our sense of fun at the office.

If you know, you know… #haynehalloween
