the Flexibility
We have the flexibility to work in the office, or remotely when needed, which is a must with young families (how many daycare sicknesses has your household had?).
The scale of our firm is one that allows any one of us to jump in to handle an issue at any stage in the design process because we are all working on the project together. Got a kid’s doctor’s appointment no problem, the team can handle the Zoom. Have a family emergency… no worries, the team can reorganize and get that drawing set completed.
the Support
Along with flexibility, here at Hayne, we have a strong support system. What can we do to make things easier for you while you are sick, while your child is sick, while you need to travel for family, while you are on maternity leave, while you are “fill in the blank”?
Need to take some classes to pass your Architect’s exams, cool, let’s get those for you. Pass your test? Great let’s reimburse you and CELEBRATE!

the Celebration
We celebrate everything and anything together … birthdays (Cake or Ice Cream?), milestones (Champagne anyone?), random Thursdays (our Hayne Office Eats), Wednesday office lunches (BBQ or Pizza), our kids’ accomplishments (did someone just graduate kindergarten?), and even holidays.
