One of our current Tenant Improvement projects, Lawless Brewing Co. needed some “eye candy” for a public hearing, so we rendered some of our interior and exterior views to help explain the design intent and vision for this new North Hollywood Microbrewery (coming soon…). Exterior view of the existing industrial warehouse from the street. The metal panel siding will get an upgrade with some paint. New exterior lights on the building will help to make the outdoor space safer and new landscaping will help to buffer the brewhouse visitors from the cars in the parking lot.Once inside, you can see the clean modern industrial aesthetic with the exposed steel gable frame, exposed ductwork, brushed stainless steel bar, and community tables.The interior retrofit takes advantage of the long and tall warehouse space by accentuating the height and allowing the brewery to be clearly visible to the tasting room patrons.The polished stainless steel tanks become the focal point while tasting some local craft beer.Up in the mezzanine, there is alternate seating with more comfortable lounge space and an opportunity to view the brewery from above.
