Our Sierra Towers project is moving full steam ahead. All of the mirrors and wall paper have been removed and we get to see the space as an open blank canvas! Ummmm... what's the deal with all these vent pipes!!!
The revised Wall Layout
Now some of these pipes were expected and in exactly or very close to where we thought they would be, but some were a complete surprise. This forced us to do some wall shifting and door shifting to maintain the existing drain locations.
The primary purpose of this site visit was to review the revised wall layout taped out on the floor prior to the beginning of framing. Can I just say, there is something really comforting when you have a color-coded wall layout taped to the floor... Maybe its just me, but it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling! With some minor revisions, this wall layout looks good to frame up!
