May we find you a Bargain

Sometimes the price isn't always right...  So what do we do?  Well first we need to look at scope, can we shrink the project?  This will always make the largest dent in reducing the construction budget.  Next, we look at the finishes.

For one of our current projects, we tasked our Interior Designer Hillary Hayne (#thetwodollardecorator) to go out and find us a bargain!  Her mission, find the look we want for a much smaller price tag!  All of the original prices were $20+ per square foot just for material...  Let's see how she did!

Dimarmi Bianco Porcelain Tile from Floor & Decor for $1.69 per square foot

We will be making some sacrifices by using this value tile.  Many of the original specifications were for large format tiles.  The maximum size for the value tile is 24" x 24".  This means we will need to look closely at the layout and pattern as we update our drawings, but overall the tone and appearance of the substitutes are great and keep within our original design palette.

Way to go HJH!

Looking for some budget tile?  Make sure to check out Floor & Decor!

And if you want some great larger format options, we love Porcelanosa and Neolith!
