Continuing from our last blog post, Introducing Honeysuckle Farm, let’s dive a little deeper into the components that make this project awesome! The Rose Cottage is an existing home on the site and the scope of work is going to be done in 2 phases. Phase 1 will include an addition that will extend the kitchen, powder room and new dining area. Phase 2 is enclosing the back porch for bedroom additions and adding a basement under the master closet. Materials are still being worked through but check out these renderings that show how the spaces are forming!
The kitchen, powder and dining addition are going transform the Rose Cottage giving it more functionality! Now that we covered the Rose Cottage, the Pool House is next on the list so stay tuned as we continue through the Honeysuckle Farm!
