I don’t know about you, but I need some “white noise” to get me through my workday! I like to plug in, put my Bose headset on and tune out the rest of the world while I do construction detailing, 3D rendering, as-built drawings, etc. I jump back and forth between Pandora and Podcasts (and sometimes Netflix). These are my go to podcasts to get me through the work day:
1 – My Favorite Murder
“Lifelong fans of true crime stories Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark tell each other their favorite tales of murder and hear hometown crime stories from friends and fans.”

2 – Last Podcast on the Left
“Last Podcast on the Left barrels headlong into all things horror — as hosts Ben Kissel, Marcus Parks and Henry Zebrowski cover dark subjects spanning Jeffrey Dahmer, werewolves, Jonestown, iconic hauntings, the history of war crimes, and more. Whether it’s cults, killers, or cryptid encounters, Last Podcast on the Left laughs into the abyss that is the dark side of humanity.”

3 – Archispeak
“Welcome to the Archispeak Podcast. Each episode, Evan Troxel, Neal Pann, and Cormac Phalen have a casual conversation about all things architecture, and we invite you to listen in as we talk about everything in the profession, both the good and the bad.
Maybe you’re considering a career in architecture, you’re still in school or you’ve been around the blocks of Corbusier’s City of Tomorrow more times than you’d like to admit. Join us in the studio as we stand around the water cooler and talk about why we love our chosen profession.
Think you already know what architecture is really about? Tune in to find out.”

5 – Radiolab
“Radiolab is a show about curiosity. Where sound illuminates ideas, and the boundaries blur between science, philosophy, and human experience.”
